Last updated: October 14, 2026 · Effective: October 14, 2026 · Version 1.0
This Commercial Host Agreement applies to businesses and organizations ("Commercial Hosts") that list commercial parking properties on MyRedPark, operated by Zopytech Ltd. (registered office: Province of Ontario, Canada). It supplements the MyRedPark Terms of Service; where the two conflict for a commercial property, this Agreement governs. Contact: support@zopytech.com.
1. Authority & Business Information.
You confirm that you are legally authorized to operate, manage, or advertise the listed property for paid parking (as owner, tenant, property manager, or with the owner's authorization), and that the business and property information you provide — legal or operating name, business contact details, property address and map location, and property type — is accurate and kept current. MyRedPark may require business verification and supporting information before a property can be published or receive payouts.
2. Listings, Capacity & Rates.
You are responsible for the accuracy of parking categories, spot counts and capacity, availability windows, rates, and rate plans. You must not publish misleading capacity claims, bait pricing, or rates you do not intend to honour. Each confirmed booking at the published rate plan is binding on the property as described in the Terms of Service.
3. Property Access, Safety & Site Rules.
You must provide accurate property access instructions, operating hours, entry restrictions (including vehicle-size or height limits), and site rules, and disclose material hazards or access limitations. The property must be maintained in the condition represented and in compliance with applicable fire, building, accessibility, and safety requirements. QR codes, property identifiers, and access-related information issued for your property must be used only for their intended, authorized purposes and protected against unauthorized disclosure.
4. Staff & Scoped Access.
You are responsible for your authorized personnel. Staff access to the property console (for example arrival verification and session oversight) is property-scoped and must be limited to individuals who need it for property operations. You are responsible for staff conduct, for revoking access when personnel leave or change roles, and for activity performed under your property's authorized access.
5. Verification, Payouts & Records.
Payouts require completing Stripe Connect onboarding and any applicable business verification; identity and payout details are collected and verified by Stripe, not by MyRedPark. You must provide accurate payout, tax, and financial information to the relevant providers or authorities, maintain accurate records of bookings and payouts, and comply with tax and reporting obligations that applicable law assigns to you. Payout timing and eligibility follow the Terms of Service and Stripe's rules.
6. Customer Information & Data Protection.
You receive Driver information (name, booking details, and after payment authorization the vehicle's make, model, colour, and license plate) solely to operate the booking and the property. You must not use it for any other purpose, sell or disclose it, retain it longer than needed for the booking and legitimate property operations, or use booking, access, or customer data to contact customers for unrelated marketing. You must protect access instructions, QR codes, and booking information against unauthorized use, and handle vehicles and customer property in accordance with applicable law.
7. Incidents & Operations.
You are responsible for responding appropriately to on-site incidents, access failures, and property hazards affecting booked customers, and for cooperating with MyRedPark's dispute-review process (including providing relevant records). Serious or unlawful conduct — misleading capacity claims, unauthorized listings, discriminatory practices, or misuse of customer data — may result in property suspension or removal and account enforcement under the Terms of Service.
8. Liability & Applicable Law.
As between the parties, you are responsible for the property's condition, your staff, and your operations, except to the extent another party or applicable law is responsible. Nothing in this Agreement excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits any non-waivable right. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Canada and the Province of Ontario, subject to mandatory local laws as described in the Terms of Service.
