Terms of Service
Version 2.0 · © 2026 Zopytech Ltd. All rights reserved.
Last updated: October 14, 2026 · Effective: October 14, 2026 · Version 2.0 · Marketplace Agreement
MyRedPark is operated by Zopytech Ltd., a corporation incorporated under the Canada Business Corporations Act (CBCA), with its registered office in the Province of Ontario, Canada. In these Terms, "MyRedPark", "we", and "us" refer to Zopytech Ltd. operating the MyRedPark platform. These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the Province of Ontario, without affecting any mandatory protections you have under the laws of your place of residence. Contact for all inquiries (legal, privacy, support): support@zopytech.com.
1. Platform Role & Participant Roles.
MyRedPark provides a digital marketplace for discovering, listing, booking, and managing parking. "Drivers" reserve parking spaces; "Hosts" offer spaces they are authorized to make available — either as individuals ("Individual Hosts") or as businesses operating commercial parking properties ("Commercial Hosts", who are additionally bound by the MyRedPark Commercial Host Agreement). MyRedPark is not a parking operator: it does not own, lease, inspect, or control the listed spaces, is not the driver of any vehicle, and is not a party to the parking arrangement between Host and Driver except as expressly stated in these Terms. The platform facilitates the relevant marketplace activities — discovery, booking, payment processing, verification tooling, and dispute-moderation — but does not independently own or control every listed property and does not guarantee that every listing, Host, Driver, property, or parking experience will be available, error-free, safe, suitable, or uninterrupted. The legal obligations of Hosts, Drivers, payment providers, and MyRedPark depend on their actual roles, their agreements, and applicable law; nothing in these Terms characterizes any party's legal status beyond what applicable law supports. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right or obligation that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including non-waivable consumer rights under Ontario's Consumer Protection Act, 2002 or equivalent laws of your jurisdiction.
2. Accounts & Security.
You must provide accurate registration and contact information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts for fraud, abuse, misrepresentation, or breach of these Terms, acting on objective signals and, where appropriate, after review. Password resets, email verification, and sign-in providers (including Google) are part of the authentication system; enabling or using them constitutes acceptance of their role in securing your account.
3. Driver Responsibilities.
As a Driver you agree to: (a) provide accurate account, contact, and vehicle information and register a suitable vehicle (make, model, colour, license plate, province/state) for each booking; (b) select the correct parking location, date, duration, vehicle, and rate option before paying — the listing, its price breakdown, and its rules are shown to you before payment authorization; (c) review the listing's terms, restrictions, and access instructions before arriving; (d) arrive within the booking rules, verify arrival through the arrival-code process, and use only the reserved space for the reserved period; (e) comply with lawful posted property rules and the property operator's legitimate instructions; (f) not park unlawfully or unsafely, trespass, cause damage, exceed the authorized period without an approved extension, or use the space for any unauthorized purpose; (g) authorize payment accurately and follow the cancellation, no-show, extension, and refund rules disclosed for your booking; (h) communicate respectfully with Hosts and never use another user's contact or location information for any purpose other than the booking; (i) not engage in harassment, fraud, abuse, discriminatory conduct, or any unlawful activity; and (j) report inaccurate listings, unsafe conditions, access problems, or suspected fraud through the in-app support or listing-report features. You are responsible for fines, tickets, towing charges, damage, or other consequences to the extent they arise from your own conduct and are attributable to you under applicable law — you are not made responsible for charges, damage, or third-party actions you did not cause. Account suspension or termination may restrict your access to bookings, wallet, and payouts as described in these Terms.
4. Individual Host Responsibilities.
As an Individual Host you agree to: (a) list only spaces you are legally authorized to offer (as owner, tenant, property manager, or with the owner's permission) and declare that authorization accurately in the recorded per-listing declaration; (b) provide an accurate address, map location, description, photographs of the actual space, dimensions and restrictions, availability, and pricing; (c) disclose property access instructions and any material restrictions, hazards, access limitations, or vehicle-suitability limits correctly; (d) maintain the space in the condition represented and in compliance with applicable legal requirements, and manage availability to avoid conflicting reservations; (e) honour confirmed bookings and the cancellation and refund rules in effect for each booking; (f) complete Stripe Connect onboarding, identity verification, and payout requirements before receiving payouts, and provide accurate payout and tax information to the relevant providers or authorities; (g) obtain any permits, permissions, approvals, or insurance required by law for your listing; (h) be responsible for host-controlled property conditions and your own conduct, except to the extent another party or applicable law is responsible; (i) never discriminate, misrepresent, list unauthorized spaces, or misuse Driver information; and (j) comply with tax and reporting obligations that applicable law assigns to you. Listings that violate these rules, create unacceptable risks, or are otherwise ineligible may be placed under review, suspended, or removed.
5. Commercial Hosts.
Commercial Hosts (businesses listing parking properties with categories, capacity, and rate plans) are bound by these Terms and by the separate MyRedPark Commercial Host Agreement, which covers property authority, business verification, capacity and rate accuracy, site access and safety information, authorized staff and property-scoped access permissions, QR codes and property identifiers, applicable licences and insurance, and protection of customer information. Where the two documents conflict for a commercial property, the Commercial Host Agreement governs.
6. Listings: Accuracy, Authorization & Photos.
Hosts warrant: (a) legal authority to offer the listed space; (b) accurate listing details, pricing, and availability; (c) safe, accessible conditions during bookings; (d) all required permits or consents. Every listing must include at least one genuine photo of the actual space (maximum eight); misleading or stock imagery is prohibited. Hosts accept a recorded declaration per listing (version and timestamp retained). MyRedPark may place listings under review, suspend, or reject them based on objective marketplace signals, and new listings may be held for review before they become publicly visible or able to accept bookings. Verification labels (for example "location verified") describe only the specific check performed; MyRedPark does not verify or guarantee legal property ownership. When a listing is deleted, MyRedPark retains a minimal record of the declaration (version, acceptance timestamp, authorization type) and verification outcome for dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and legal purposes — the listing's exact location and photos are not retained in this archive. Anyone may report a listing they believe is unauthorized; reported listings are placed under neutral review and may be temporarily hidden while we investigate. Reporter contact details are used only to investigate the report, retained only while it is open, and permanently deleted once resolved.
7. Fees: Driver Service Fee & Host Service Fee.
MyRedPark charges two separate service fees, each disclosed before any payment is made: (a) Driver Service Fee — currently 10% of the parking price, paid by the Driver on top of the listing price at checkout. It is a platform and application service fee charged by MyRedPark for facilitating bookings and providing the platform and related services. (b) Host Service Fee — currently 15% of the parking price, deducted from the Host's parking earnings before payout. These are separate charges applied to different parties; they are not a single combined charge to either the Driver or the Host. Payment processing fees (card-processing costs) and applicable taxes are separate amounts and are shown as distinct line items where they apply. The amounts displayed at checkout, on payout screens, and on the transaction's invoice are authoritative for that transaction. Historical transactions retain the fees and prices in effect at the time of the transaction; a later fee change never rewrites an existing booking, invoice, or payout. Fees may change prospectively with 30 days notice, and the fee published in the app at the time of a transaction applies to that transaction. The MyRedPark service fees and any payment processing fee are non-refundable; the refundable portion of a booking is the base parking amount, handled under Section 12. Stripe or the Host's bank may apply their own payout-related charges under the Host's separate agreement with them, so MyRedPark does not promise a fixed percentage of any Driver-facing total.
8. Pricing, Payments, Currency & Taxes.
Prices may be hourly, flat-rate (a host-defined window up to 168 hours), or monthly subscriptions, as shown on each listing. A full breakdown (parking price, Driver Service Fee, payment processing fee where applicable, taxes where applicable, total) is shown before payment authorization, and the authorized total always equals the amount processed — the amount authorized and later captured never exceeds the validated checkout total. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. and its affiliates ("Stripe"), an independent third-party payment infrastructure provider; card details never touch MyRedPark servers. Applicable taxes (for example GST/HST in Canada) are calculated automatically at checkout by our tax-calculation provider (Stripe Tax) using the parking property's validated location and the tax registrations in effect for the transaction — never estimated by your device; the checkout displays the calculated tax amount and label. Where a live tax calculation is unavailable (for example because a required configuration is incomplete), checkout states this explicitly ("Calculated at confirmation") rather than showing an estimated amount, and the total shown remains authoritative. Tax collection and remittance responsibilities follow the applicable legal and business structure of the transaction; nothing in these Terms claims that no party has a tax-collection responsibility. Each listing is priced in a single currency (Canadian dollars by default for Canadian listings, US dollars supported). You are charged in the listing's currency; MyRedPark performs no currency conversion. Availability windows are interpreted in the listing's own timezone, including daylight-saving transitions. Refunds of taxable amounts reverse the corresponding tax through the same tax provider. If you believe a charge or tax amount is wrong, report it through in-app support or support@zopytech.com and we will investigate against the transaction record.
9. Bookings, Holds & Reservations.
Booking times align to 15-minute boundaries, within the Host's published availability windows and any maximum-duration rule shown on the listing. Starting checkout places a time-limited hold (currently 10 minutes) on the space; the hold expiry is shown during checkout and the space is released automatically if payment is not completed in time. A database-level slot reservation prevents two Drivers from holding the same spot for overlapping times. A booking request may be declined or cancelled where it conflicts with an existing reservation or the listing's rules.
10. Arrival Verification & Parking Sessions.
A parking session is timed on MyRedPark's servers, not on your device. A session begins only when arrival is verified through the one-time arrival code (OTP) confirmed between Driver and Host — never merely because a booking was created — and ends at the authoritative server end time. If the arrival code is not verified within 15 minutes of the booking start time, the booking is treated as a Driver no-show: the authorized payment is captured in full, the booking is settled to the Host, and the Driver is charged (this is the no-show/late-arrival rule). Bookings where the Driver has reported an arrival problem through the app are not auto-settled and go to support review instead. Arriving before the booked window does not start the session early and does not extend the booked end time; staying beyond the booked end time without an approved extension is a breach of the Host's terms for the space and may result in enforcement action by the Host or the property. The Host confirms the vehicle plate against the booking's vehicle snapshot before accepting the arrival code; a reported mismatch pauses verification and creates a support review.
11. Extensions.
A Driver may request to extend an active session, subject to availability, the listing's rules, and a successful additional payment authorization. The extension charge — parking amount plus applicable service fee, payment processing fee, and taxes — is displayed before you confirm, is authorized when the extension is approved, and is captured when the session ends. If the additional authorization fails, the session keeps its original end time and no extension amount is charged. Extensions are not possible after a session has expired. The completion of a session does not by itself create any refund entitlement.
12. Cancellations, No-Shows & Refunds.
Cancelling a booking before your payment is authorized is free — no amount is charged. Once your payment method has been authorized, cancelling before the booking start time entitles you to a refund of a percentage of the eligible base parking fare (after any promotional discount), based on the notice given before the start time: 75% with 48 hours or more; 55% with 24 hours to less than 48 hours; and 0% with less than 24 hours. The MyRedPark Driver Service Fee, the MyRedPark Host Service Fee, and any payment processing fee are non-refundable in all cases; applicable taxes follow the refunded share and are reversed through our tax provider. For authorized-but-not-yet-captured bookings, the non-refunded portion is captured at cancellation and the remainder of the authorization is released; for captured bookings, the refundable share is returned to the original payment method. A listing may display a Host-selected cancellation policy (flexible, moderate, or strict); this states the Host's preference and does not by itself change how refunds are enforced. A no-show (arrival code not verified within 15 minutes of the booking start) is charged in full and settled to the Host as described in Section 10. Bookings that have already started cannot be cancelled online. Disputes must be raised within 7 days of the booking end time. Nothing in this section limits any refund or cancellation right you have under mandatory applicable law.
13. Host Payouts & Stripe Connect.
Hosts must complete Stripe Connect onboarding (identity and payout details are collected and verified by Stripe, not by MyRedPark) before receiving payouts. A Host's payout for a booking is the listed parking price minus the applicable Host Service Fee. Earnings become available in the Host's in-app balance when the booking is completed or settled (including an approved no-show settlement); payouts are then processed through Stripe Connect on a weekly cycle, with instant cash-out available to eligible Hosts, subject to Stripe's own payout timing and eligibility rules. MyRedPark does not forfeit earned payouts as a penalty; payouts may be withheld only where required by law, by our payment processor's rules, or during an active dispute investigation. Hosts are responsible for tax obligations that applicable law assigns to them on their earnings.
14. Wallet.
Registered users may hold a MyRedPark wallet balance in a single currency. Wallets can be topped up by card via Stripe, used to pay for bookings in the same currency, and — for Hosts — receive earnings, which become available for cash-out when the underlying booking is completed or settled. Wallet balances are not bank deposits, earn no interest, and are not insured; they can only be used or withdrawn through the features provided in the app.
15. Recurring / Monthly Parking.
Some listings offer monthly parking as a subscription that renews automatically at the displayed interval and price until cancelled, using the payment method on file with our payment processor. We send renewal reminders, renewal confirmations, and payment-failure notices. Cancelling stops future renewals; amounts already captured for the current period are handled under Section 12. If a renewal payment fails, the subscription may be marked past due and continued access is not guaranteed.
16. Rewards, Referrals & Promotions.
MyRedPark may offer promotional rewards (for example a new-user spin reward or a referral discount on a first eligible booking). Rewards are assigned and validated server-side, are single-use per eligible account, cannot be self-referred, stacked, transferred, or redeemed for cash, and apply only as a discount on the parking price portion of a booking — never as a reduction of the Host's earnings. Promotion eligibility and amounts shown in the app at the time of use are authoritative.
17. Vehicles & License Plates.
Drivers may store vehicle details (nickname, make, model, year, colour, license plate, province/state) and must select a vehicle for each booking. Each booking keeps a historical snapshot of the selected vehicle that does not change if the profile is later edited or deleted. The Host sees the vehicle's make, model, colour, and license plate only once the booking's payment has been authorized — this supports arrival verification and lot security. Vehicle details are never public and are never visible to other Drivers.
18. Reviews, Messaging & User Content.
Drivers may leave one review (rating and comment) per completed paid booking; reviews must be truthful and lawful. Each booking includes a messaging channel between the parties for coordination. You retain ownership of content you submit (including listing photos and reviews) but grant MyRedPark a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and use it in operating and improving the platform. You must not post content that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory, infringing, or abusive. MyRedPark may remove content that breaches these Terms. Misuse of messaging — including harassment, scams, or sharing another user's information without consent — may result in enforcement under Section 29.
19. QR Codes, Property Codes & Access Information.
Commercial properties use QR codes, property identifiers, and access instructions for entry verification and property operations. These are provided solely for their intended, authorized purpose — accessing a property under a valid booking or an authorized staff role. You must not copy, share, sell, or use them to gain unauthorized access, and you must not use another person's booking, code, or credentials. Access and entry instructions are shown to a Driver only after the booking's payment is completed. Suspected misuse may result in suspension and may be reported to the property operator or authorities where appropriate.
20. Identity & Account Verification.
Some actions (for example hosting payouts or certain account features) require identity or account verification performed by our verification providers (including Stripe and, where enabled, Persona). Verification confirms only that a specific check was completed at a point in time; it does not guarantee a person's honesty, suitability, safety, or future conduct, and it does not make MyRedPark responsible for another user's actions. Providing false verification information is a material breach of these Terms.
21. Privacy.
Our handling of personal information is described in the MyRedPark Privacy Policy, a separate versioned document available in the app and at myredpark.com/privacy. The Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, retention, and your rights. Accepting these Terms is not a waiver of any privacy right and is not consent to optional processing: optional consents (where they apply) are separate. If any statement in these Terms appears to conflict with the Privacy Policy regarding personal-information handling, the Privacy Policy governs.
22. Third-Party Services.
The platform relies on independent third parties, including Stripe (payments, identity, payouts, tax calculation), map and location providers (OpenStreetMap-based geocoding and autocomplete), email delivery providers (Resend), identity verification providers (Persona, where enabled), and authentication providers (Google). MyRedPark is not responsible for third-party service failures outside its reasonable control, but will make reasonable efforts to restore affected functionality. Your use of those providers' services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
23. Service Availability.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Scheduled maintenance, upgrades, outages, and internet, device, mapping-provider, or location-data limitations may temporarily limit functionality, including mapping, directions, geolocation, and arrival-code features. Authoritative records of bookings and sessions remain available in your account; in-app and email notifications are informational and delivery is not guaranteed.
24. Safety & Incident Reporting.
Review listing details, photos, restrictions, and property instructions before booking or parking. MyRedPark cannot independently guarantee every property condition or user representation. If you encounter suspected unsafe conditions, a fraudulent or unauthorized listing, an access failure, or a significant incident, report it promptly through the in-app support or listing-report feature (or support@zopytech.com); reports are reviewed through the process described in these Terms, and time-critical safety issues should always be directed to local emergency services first. Accepting these Terms never dismisses or waives a safety incident, payment dispute, or legal complaint.
25. Responsibility Between Users.
The parking arrangement is between Host and Driver. The Driver is responsible for their vehicle, their conduct, and any damage they cause, and for complying with posted rules and applicable parking, traffic, and bylaw requirements (including tickets, towing, or enforcement arising from the Driver's actions or overstay). The Host is responsible for the safety, legality, and accuracy of their listing and for their own property and conduct. Personal-injury and property claims arising at a space are matters between the parties and their insurers. MyRedPark provides reporting and support tooling and may moderate disputes involving platform transactions, but is not an insurer of any space, vehicle, booking, or user and is not responsible for disputes between users except to the extent they arise from MyRedPark's own breach of these Terms or from liability that cannot be excluded by law.
26. Disclaimers.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the platform is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Without limiting the foregoing, and subject to applicable law, MyRedPark does not warrant the accuracy, availability, or suitability of any listing; the condition or safety of any property; the conduct of any user; or the uninterrupted operation of mapping, payment, messaging, or notification providers. Nothing in this section excludes warranties or conditions that cannot legally be excluded, including under Ontario's Consumer Protection Act, 2002 or the mandatory consumer laws of your jurisdiction.
27. Limitation of Liability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law: (a) MyRedPark is not liable for the acts, omissions, representations, or disputes of Hosts, Drivers, or other third parties; for listing accuracy, availability, or suitability; for physical parking conditions, property access, or property-controlled risks; for loss, theft, or damage involving vehicles or personal property arising from events outside MyRedPark's reasonable control; for unauthorized vehicle use, towing, ticketing, or parking enforcement by property operators or authorities; for user communications, harassment, or fraudulent conduct between users; or for failures of third-party payment, mapping, messaging, hosting, or notification providers, internet connectivity, maintenance, or technical outages; (b) MyRedPark is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill; and (c) MyRedPark's total aggregate liability arising out of or related to a transaction is limited to the total amount of that transaction, or, for claims not related to a specific transaction, to the total fees paid by you to MyRedPark in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This section does not apply to liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law — including liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or non-waivable statutory consumer rights — and it does not disclaim MyRedPark's own obligations for its conduct, its handling of personal information, its payment operations, or its representations.
28. Indemnification.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zopytech Ltd. from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the platform, your listing or your vehicle, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
29. Prohibited Conduct, Fraud & Enforcement.
You must not: list spaces you are not authorized to offer; misrepresent a listing, capacity, or your identity; manipulate reviews, rewards, referrals, or pricing; circumvent platform fees or payments; misuse QR codes, property codes, arrival codes, chat, location, or access information; discriminate against or harass any user; probe, scrape, or attack the service; or use the platform for any unlawful purpose. Violations may result in content removal, listing suspension, reward forfeiture, account restriction, suspension or termination, and reporting to payment providers or authorities where required. Where we restrict or terminate an account we will, where legally permitted and operationally feasible, tell you the reason and give you an opportunity to respond through support; immediate action without notice may be taken where required to prevent fraud, harm, or legal exposure.
30. Intellectual Property.
The MyRedPark platform, brand, design, and software are the property of Zopytech Ltd. and its licensors. You may not copy, resell, or create derivative works from the platform except as permitted by law.
31. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the Province of Ontario. The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes through MyRedPark support. Subject to applicable law — including the rights of consumers under Ontario's Consumer Protection Act, 2002 and equivalent mandatory laws of your place of residence, which cannot be waived — disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Province of Ontario, except where applicable law provides you with other forums or prohibits restrictions on your choice of forum or on class proceedings. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration and do not include a class-action waiver. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory substantive or procedural right that cannot legally be waived.
32. Regional Addenda.
MyRedPark is offered from Canada and may be used in multiple regions. The following apply where relevant law applies to you: (a) Canada (including Quebec): nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable federal or provincial privacy or consumer-protection law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2002 (Ontario) and, for Quebec users, the Consumer Protection Act (Quebec) and the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25). Privacy rights and the privacy officer contact are described in the Privacy Policy. (b) European Union / United Kingdom: where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies to our processing of your personal data, you have the rights described in the Privacy Policy, and nothing in these Terms (including Sections 26–28 and 31) limits your mandatory consumer or data-protection rights. (c) California and other US states: where the CCPA/CPRA or another applicable state privacy law applies, you have the rights described in the Privacy Policy; we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. Liability limitations apply only to the extent permitted by your state's law. If local mandatory law conflicts with any part of these Terms, the local law prevails for you and the remainder of the Terms continues to apply.
33. Changes to These Terms & Electronic Acceptance.
We may modify these Terms prospectively. The current version and its effective date are always published in the app. For material changes, we will present the updated Terms in the app and require you to review and accept the new version before you continue using protected features (booking, hosting, payments, wallet, payouts); acceptance is recorded server-side with the document version and timestamp, and previous acceptance records are retained. The version in effect at the time of a transaction governs that transaction. Declining the current version keeps your account signed in but locks protected workflows until you accept; you may instead delete your account as described in the Privacy Policy. Creating an account, clicking acceptance controls, or using the service after the effective date constitutes electronic acceptance of the then-current Terms, subject to the notice requirements above.
34. Contact.
For all inquiries — legal, privacy, or support — contact support@zopytech.com. In-app support (with escalation to our team) is available from your account, and the authoritative record of your bookings, payments, and sessions is always your MyRedPark account.
